Description
Tailor-make your trail and travel snacks, focusing on raw nuts (very good for you) and dried fruit. Store in your travel bag, car, desk or where ever you typically find yourself needing a quick and easy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of raw almonds
- 1 scoop of raw walnuts
- 1 scoop of raw cashews
- 1 scoop of dried banana chips
- 1 scoop of dried pineapple slices
- 1 scoop of dark chocolate
Instructions
Buy in bulk at your local grocery store, substituting your favorite nuts, dried fruits and chocolate. Focus on raw nuts as they are better for you. Chop the dried fruit and chocolate into small pieces and mix with all the other ingredients in a big bowl. Separate into plastic containers for your travel bag, car, backpack, desk drawer or kitchen counter - where ever you typically find yourself needing a quick and easy pick-me-up.
